Beverly oversees the day-to-day operations of TU’s volunteer program including supporting 37 state councils and 400 local chapters across the country and delivering a suite of applications, trainings and resources aimed at helping volunteers more easily and effectively accomplish TU’s mission in their local communities. Beverly also works as the coordinator of the Outfitter, Guide and Business (OGB) program. She is actively working to grow this membership and engage OGBs in coldwater conservation. Prior to joining TU in 2007, Beverly worked for the Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance and the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League. Beverly grew up in Charleston, S.C. and received a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

As a "VolOps" Coordinator, Rob's time is spent working closely with TU volunteer leaders. Rob manages the online Fundraising Program and Marketplace. He also the point of contact for the formation of new chapters and handles all new chapter documents. Before coming to TU in early 2010, Rob worked for Orvis and in the outreach office at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. When he is not in the office, Rob likes to spend his time fishing the Shenandoah National Park or visiting friends at his alma mater, the University of the South, in Sewanee, Tenn.
